Refund Policy

• Classes attended beyond the initial 10 days are considered utilized, and refunds will not be provided for those sessions.

Verification:

• The eligibility of the refund will be verified based on the attendance records and the date of the refund request.

Refund Method:

• Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

• Refunds will be issued promptly, but the time it takes for the funds to be credited may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Fees:

• Registration fees, material fees, or any other non-tuition fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation by the Academy:

• In the event that Envision Chess Academy cancels a course, a full refund for the remaining classes will be provided to all affected students.
