Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Chess Classes with Sayan Bose --- General Guidelines 1. Booking Platform: All class bookings, both online and offline, must be made through our official website. 2. Advance Booking: Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred slot. 3. Confirmation: After booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. 4. Flexible Scheduling: There is no requirement to book the same slot each week. Choose the time that works best for you. 5. Modification and Cancellation: Envision Chess Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings at any time. If your booking is canceled, a refund will be initiated within 24 hours. --- Online Classes 1. Booking Timeframe: Book at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. 2. Confirmation and Link: After payment, you will receive a confirmation email along with the Google Meet link. 3. Meeting Link Issues: If you do not receive the meeting link, please contact us immediately for assistance. 4. Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and the necessary software (Google Meet) installed. 5. No Class Recording will be provided. --- Offline Classes 1. Booking Timeframe: Book at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. 2. Location Details: Classes are held at Tollygunge, Haridevpur. Refund Initiation: If Envision Chess Academy cancels your booking, a refund will be initiated within 24 hours. 2.
