To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policy below: Class Timing Adjustments Envision Chess Academy reserves the right to modify the scheduled demo class time based on coach availability. We will notify you in advance if any changes are required, and we appreciate your flexibility in accommodating these adjustments. Coach Assignment All demo classes are conducted by our team of highly qualified, FIDE-rated coaches. To provide a balanced and consistent experience, we do not accommodate specific coach requests for demo classes. Rest assured, every coach brings exceptional expertise and a commitment to guiding your child’s development. Class Rescheduling and Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel the demo class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time based on coach availability. Class Participation Requirements To get the most out of the demo, we recommend that your child has a quiet, distraction-free environment during the session. Please ensure access to any necessary devices or platforms (such as our app or portal) that may be used during the class. Demo Class Content and Structure The Free Demo Class provides an introduction to our teaching methods, learning tools, and foundational chess concepts. This session is structured to give students a preview of our regular classes and will cover basic chess principles, strategies, and interactive practice to help them feel engaged and supported. Parent Participation Parents are welcome to observe the demo class to gain a better understanding of our teaching approach and the academy’s environment. However, we encourage a respectful and quiet presence to allow the coach and student to interact smoothly. Confirmation and Reminders You will receive a confirmation email upon booking, along with a reminder closer to your demo class date. Please review the class details and ensure all necessary preparations are in place for a successful session. Feedback and Follow-Up Following the demo class, we will reach out to gather feedback and answer any questions you may have about our programs.
